How to archive a media item

Archive a media item you no longer need without deleting it.

When the media item leaves the other workspaces, it may be removed from product attributes that only accept those workspaces. openlane shows you the list before proceeding.

  1. Open the media item's details.
  2. In the Workspaces section, click the archive workspace, usually Archive.

The media item leaves all other workspaces and remains only in the archive workspace.

Restore an archived media item

  1. Open the media item's details.
  2. In the Workspaces section, click a regular workspace.

The media item is assigned to the selected workspace and leaves the archive.
