How to choose workspaces for a media attribute

This page is for administrators: the operations described require access to the administration area.

Choose which workspaces a media attribute accepts media from, and which workspaces store files uploaded through the attribute.

A media attribute with no workspaces is read-only for all users except those with the All workspaces permission.

  1. From the menu, select Admin, then Attributes.
  2. In the media attribute's row, click the Configure icon.
  3. Under Workspaces, select one or more workspaces. You cannot select the incoming or archive workspace.
  4. Click Save.
