How to copy the link to a media item or crop

Copy the link to a media item or crop to paste it into a message, a page or another application.

The link to a private media item only works for a limited time: 4 hours by default. For a permanent link, the media item must belong to a public workspace.

Copy the link to the original

On the media card, click Copy link below the thumbnail.
In the preview, click Copy link in the Original section.

Copy the link to a crop

In the Crops section of the card or preview, click the Copy link icon next to the crop.

Copy the link to a YouTube or Vimeo video

In the preview, click Copy link to copy the link to the video's page.

A message confirms that the link has been copied.
