How to download a media asset in a specific format

Download an image in one of the download formats configured by your administrator, such as a web format.

1. Open the media asset's details page.
2. Click the Download icon at the top right.
3. In the menu, select Original to download the original file, or choose one of the download formats. The file type and size are shown for each format.

You can also download a media asset from the preview: in the Original section, click Download.

If the menu does not appear, no download formats are available and the original file is downloaded. For PDFs, videos and other files, only the original is available.
