How to download multiple media files at once

Receive a ZIP archive of the selected media files by email.

Download media is only available if you have permission to download multiple media files at once.

  1. In Media, run a search.
  2. Select up to 50 media files using the checkboxes.
  3. Click Download media.
  4. To receive images in a specific download format, select it in Rendition. Other files are sent in their original format.
  5. Click Confirm.

The archive is sent to the email address associated with your user account, as shown in the window.
