How to find a media asset

Search the library for a media asset by title, source or attribute values.

1. In the top menu, select Media.
2. In the sidebar, choose where to search: All media for the entire library, or a workspace, collection or entry under Smart Collections.
3. In the Search box, enter a word from the title or file name.
4. To filter by source, open Source: Any and select File, YouTube or Vimeo.
5. To filter by other attributes, click the Add filters icon, select the attributes in the Choose Media attributes window and click Confirm. Then fill in the filters that appear.
6. Click the magnifying glass icon to run the search.

The list shows the media assets that match your criteria. To remove all filters, click the Clear filters icon.
