How to preview media from a product

Open a preview from a product's media attribute to view media at full size, download it or copy its link without leaving the product.

Previews are available for images, videos and PDFs. For other files, clicking opens the media record directly.

  1. Open the product and its media attribute.

  2. Open the preview:

    • if the attribute displays images as cards, click the image;

    • if the attribute displays media in a table, click the View icon in the row.

  3. On the right of the preview, use the download and link options for the original and its crops.

  4. To open the media record, click Open media.

  5. To return to the product, click Close.

Open media only appears if you have access to the media record. You can view and download public media belonging to a workspace you cannot access, but you cannot open its record.
