How to check AI usage

This page is for administrators: the steps described require access to the administration area.

Check how many calls to AI functions have been made and how many remain in your annual allowance. Use the AI Usage administration area, which is available when AI functions are enabled in your installation. For an explanation of the values, see AI usage and the annual allowance.

  1. In the menu, select Admin, then AI Usage.
  2. If the page shows multiple years, select a year using the tabs at the top. The current year is usually selected by default.
  3. For each function group, check the allowance figures on the right: Yearly allowance, Used (success), Remaining and Errors.
  4. In the monthly chart on the left, hover over a month to see successful and failed calls.
  5. In the group's table, click a service row to see its usage month by month.

If Remaining is red, the annual allowance has been exceeded. If there are many failed calls, the chart shows which months they occurred in: report this to your openlane contact, specifying the group, service and period.
